Team Policies
Attendance:
In order to remain in good standing and eligible for renewal, members must attend at least two practices per month for each four month period (Jan-Apr, May-Aug, and Sept – Dec). If a member does not meet this requirement during a four month period, but did attend at least sixteen practices during the four month period, or 30 practices total in the last 8 months, the member will remain eligible for renewal. If a member does not meet these minimum (and very reasonable) attendance requirements but wishes to be on the team, they will need to sign up for the interest list and wait for an available slot.
Friends and Family:
Current members MAY NOT bring family and friends to swim during our practice times. No exceptions. The “one free try” swim before joining is ONLY for legitimate prospective members.
Visitors:
The $5 drop in is a courtesy for out of town USMS members who are only in town for business or personal travel – on a limited basis. They must show us a valid USMS card to swim with us.
It is NOT an alternative for people who want to pay by the swim.
It is not an alternative for former members who want to drop in.
